Wrap the tape measure snugly around your ribcage just below your bust, parallel to the floor. Breathe out normally.

Place the tape measure loosely over the fullest part of your bust without pressing. Wear a thin, unpadded bra when you measure.

Subtract your underbust from your bust measurement. Roughly 12 cm = A, 14 = B, 16 = C, 18 = D, 20 = E, 22 = F.
