I was the sceptic. I’ve got a drawer full of strapless bras that promised everything. Bought this one in the offer fully expecting to send it back. It’s the only one where the cups hold their shape and don’t buckle when I lean forwards. The drawer has been cleared out.

The look you thought you’d have to pay a surgeon for. It’s a bra.
You know the tops you skip. The tube top, the vest top, the backless one, the strapless dress hanging at the very back of your wardrobe. You don’t skip them because you don’t like them. You skip them because of what happens – or doesn’t happen – underneath.
Maybe there isn’t all that much to fill anything with. Maybe your breasts sit so wide apart that push-up bras have never done a thing, because your problem runs sideways, not up and down. Maybe you gave up on strapless years ago.
Here’s the difference. The clasp sits at the front, in the centre. You scoop in, you clip, and the two sides draw towards each other. Together, then up. That’s the whole mechanism, and it takes about three seconds.
Scoop. Clip. Done.
That’s why it works on a bust that push-up bras have failed. A push-up pushes up. This one draws in first, then lifts.
What you get: one Lovelle Strapless with padded push-up cups and a centre-front clasp, plus a pair of detachable straps in the box. Wear it strapless, or clip the straps on when you want them. Sizes S–2XL, cups A–D.
Moulded, padded push-up cups. Centre-front clasp, detachable straps in the box. Wire-free.

Followed the size guide and it was spot on. Used the band and cup measurements instead of guessing my usual size, and it fitted like it was made for me. So comfortable I forgot about it by the afternoon – that never happens with strapless.
Invisible under everything. No straps peeking out of my halterneck, no outline under a tight white T-shirt. It simply disappears. And the nude is the right kind of nude, not orange. My go-to bra this summer.
Lasted the whole wedding. I wore it to my cousin’s wedding under a strapless dress. Dinner, dancing, hugs – it didn’t budge. I kept waiting to do that hitch-it-up tug I always do, and never needed to. Nude in M, exactly as the chart said.
My breasts sit wide apart. This actually works. Ordinary push-ups just push me upwards and leave the gap. The front clasp pulls everything to the centre first, so at last I get a proper shape in low-cut tops. The first bra that understands my bust is wide, not small.
Sizes S–2XL, cups A–D. Moulded push-up cups, centre-front clasp, wire-free. Detachable straps come in the box.

Hand wash with similar colours, just as it says on the label.

Your band size
Your cup is worked out from the difference between your bust and underbust. This style comes in cups A–D and sizes S–2XL.
Your cup
The letter in your usual bra size. Torn between two? Choose the larger one.
Measure yourself
Measure directly against your skin with a tape measure, standing up and relaxed. Snug but not tight.
Please check your measurements — your bust should be larger than your underbust.
Find your size in the chart
Measure snugly around your ribcage, just beneath your bust. Find the row with your measurement and move across to your cup – that’s your size. This style is made in cups A–D.
| Underbust | A | B | C | D |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 68–72 cm · 70 | S | S | M | M |
| 73–77 cm · 75 | M | M | M | L |
| 78–82 cm · 80 | L | L | L | XL |
| 83–87 cm · 85 | XL | XL | 2XL | 2XL |
| 88–92 cm · 90 | 2XL | 2XL | 2XL | 2XL |
Underbust: measure snugly around your ribcage just beneath your bust – firm but not tight. Round to the nearest centimetre – that’s your row.
Cup: measure loosely over the fullest part of your bust and subtract your underbust. Under 13 cm = A, 13–15 = B, 15–17 = C, over 17 = D.
-
1. Underbust
Wrap the tape measure snugly around your ribcage, just beneath your bust and parallel to the floor. Breathe out normally and round to the nearest centimetre.
-
2. Bust
Place the tape loosely over the fullest part of your bust without pressing. Don’t breathe in.
-
3. Work out your cup
Subtract your underbust from your bust measurement. Under 13 cm = A, 13–15 = B, 15–17 = C, over 17 = D.
-
4. Find your band
Underbust 68–72 cm = 70, 73–77 = 75, 78–82 = 80, 83–87 = 85, 88–92 = 90. Your band decides your Lovelle size.
Scoop. Clip. Done.
No back fastening, nothing to hook up blind. Here’s what happens in the clip – in about three seconds.
-
Scoop in
Place the cups and scoop your bust in towards the centre, one side at a time.
-
Clip at the front
The clasp sits right at the centre front. Press it together – it clicks when it’s in place.
-
Together, then up
The two sides draw towards each other and lift. Turn around: nothing to hook at the back, no straps.
Together, then up. In three seconds.
Four things the front clasp does that no push-up or stick-on bra can manage.
-
Together, then up
The clasp sits right at the centre front. You scoop in, you clip, and the two sides draw towards each other before they lift. That’s why it works on a bust that a push-up has never done a thing for.
-
Three seconds, no help needed
Scoop. Clip. Done. Nothing to reach behind your back for, nothing to hook up blind. You watch it happen in the mirror as you do it.
-
Made for the small and the wide-set
This isn’t a big-bust product pretending to fit everyone. It’s made for the bust that has nothing to push up, or two sides that sit too far apart for a push-up.
-
Nothing on show, nothing to hide
No straps. Wear the tube top, the vest top, the strapless dress – the one hanging at the very back of your wardrobe.
The girl who stopped dressing around her bust.
You’ve got a whole system. You know which tops work and which ones go back on the hanger before you’ve even tried them. You know which side of the room to stand on in photos.
Then you put this on, and for about ten seconds you just look.
Because there it is. Together. Up. A shape you’ve spent money, years and a fair bit of quiet resignation trying to get out of a bra – and it took three seconds. You put on the top you always skipped.
This one is for us.
If there isn’t much going on up there and every strapless bra you’ve owned has slid straight down. This one is for you. If your breasts sit wide apart and you’ve already made the joke about it yourself. This one is for you – there’s nothing wrong with the gap.
If you’ve breastfed and got back a body that sits differently now. This one is for you.
If you’ve bought the stick-on ones, the tape, the pricey one from the shopping centre that lasted one wash, and decided strapless just doesn’t work on you. Especially for you. You see yourself here – that’s the whole point.
You’ve already tried the other two.

Photo taken right after I clipped it on. C cup, and I doubted it would lift without straps. It does – together first, then up – and the front clasp clicks shut and stays put all evening.
A cup, and I’d given up on strapless. This scoops together what’s there and gives me a shape I didn’t think was possible without straps. Nothing shows under my vest top.
Three seconds is no exaggeration. Scoop, clip, done – I watched it in the mirror the first time and laughed. Nothing to hook at the back.
Breastfed for a year and my body sits differently now. This gathers and lifts without squeezing. Took the size the guide said, the larger one, and it was right.
Ordered nude first, then the three-pack. Nude under white and light colours, black under everything else. I’ve got tube tops back in my wardrobe.
The stick-on bras I’ve tried came unstuck after an hour in the heat. This one stays put with the clasp, not glue, and it lasts from lunch until midnight.
The largest size. Finding a strapless in 2XL that actually lifts and doesn’t slide down is rare. This one does both.
Small bust, wide apart. Push-ups have never done a thing for me. This draws together first and then up – exactly what I needed, and nothing has done it before.
The detachable straps in the box are a bonus. Strapless for the party, straps for every day. Two bras in one.
Hand-washed it every week all summer. The cups keep their shape and the clasp is as good as new.
The strapless dress that’s been hanging at the back of my wardrobe for three years has now been out twice. That says it all.
Invisible under a tight white top. No edge, no straps, no outline. Exactly what I was looking for.
The two-measurement size guide took a minute. Right size first time, and the band sits snugly without pulling.
Wore it for a whole wedding day as a guest. No tugging it up, no marks in the evening. I forgot I had it on.
The nude really is skin-coloured, not orange. It doesn’t show at all under a thin beige dress.
Good lift and it stays put. Docking one star because it took a couple of tries to learn to scoop in properly before clipping.
Works exactly as described. I’d have liked more colours than nude and black, but those two cover most things.
Felt tight the first evening, but after a few wears it fits perfectly. Take the size the guide tells you – I nearly went a size down.
I’m on the edge of a DD and it was a little tight across the cup, just as they say in the FAQ. The lift is lovely, but if you’re bigger than a D cup, you need a different style.
Everything you’re wondering before you add it to your cart
It’s right here, not buried in forty comment replies. Grab a soft tape measure. Measure your band, snugly just beneath your bust, and your bust over the fullest part. Don’t breathe in. The difference between the two is your cup. Open the size guide, find your band and cup in the chart and take the size where they meet.
Between two sizes? Go for the larger one.
Bands run from 70 to 90 and cups from A to D, and the chart in the size guide translates them into our five sizes, S to 2XL. Find your usual band and cup, and the chart tells you exactly what to order. No “S fits up to roughly”.
Honest answer, because you deserve one: our cups run from A to D, and that’s where they stop. If you’re a DD or bigger, this bra isn’t built for you, and we’d rather tell you here than on a returns label. It’s made for smaller busts and breasts that sit wide apart. If that’s not you, have a look at our full-cup bras instead.
Don’t take our word for it – everyone says that. Watch the clip on this page. Same woman, one take, no cuts, no speeding up. She puts it on, then she moves in it. It stays exactly where she put it. That’s the whole answer.
That’s exactly what it’s built for, and there’s a reason. A push-up pushes up. If your breasts sit wide apart, up was never the direction that was missing. This one clips at the front and draws both sides towards the centre first, then lifts. In before up. That’s the difference.
Scoop, clip, done. Cups on, scoop yourself in, clip at the front, finished. Nothing behind your back, nothing to hook up blind. About three seconds, and you watch it happen in the mirror.
No underwire. The cups are moulded and padded, and the lift comes from the front clasp drawing both sides in and up – not from a wire pressing under your bust.
By hand, with similar colours, just as it says on the label. Close the front clasp first so it doesn’t catch, use cold water, skip the bleach and the tumble dryer, and dry it flat so the moulded cups keep their shape.
